In her youth, Barbara led a vibrant life in New York City, studying piano under a renowned concert pianist, immersing herself in the NYC Ballet scene, working as a child model, and exploring the streets of Paris. Her heart longed for the tranquility of the countryside, which became a reality when her family settled in the picturesque town of Mountain Lakes, New Jersey. Barbara thrived at Mountain Lakes High School and pursued her college education at Wittenberg University in Ohio, majoring in Psychology.

Barbara’s career journey led her to New York City, where she balanced a full-time job at Monsanto while pursuing her MBA at night, showcasing her dedication and ambition.
