A West Roxbury teenager is currently facing charges of armed robbery and home invasion after allegedly participating in a home invasion last month. The 15-year-old boy, along with two other males, reportedly entered a home on Weld Street in West Roxbury, brandishing weapons and demanding items such as an iPhone 13 and luxury shoes from the victim. The incident took place around 1 p.m. on November 17, leading the victim to seek refuge in a second-floor bedroom as the intruders threatened him with a handgun and knives.
The three individuals then proceeded to strip the victim of his Spyder pants and steal several pairs of luxury sneakers, including Jordans and Balenciaga shoes. Despite the harrowing experience, the victim and his dog were not harmed during the invasion. The West Roxbury teen was identified by Boston police detectives through neighborhood surveillance video and witness descriptions, leading to his arrest and subsequent court appearance.
